THE INDECENT ASSAULT. -Thomas Edwards, of Tycoed, Llanbadarn village, remanded from the previous Saturday, was on Monday last brought up in custody before Thomas Jones, Esq., charged with having attempted to commit an indecent assault upon his little step-daughter. a child of very tender years. After several witnesses had been examined, his Worship said he was not satisfied with the trumpery evidence given, so as to commit the prisoner for trial, and he was consequently discharged.
