LLANBADAR.NEAWR SESSIONS were held at the Black Lion Inn, on Wednesday 26th inst., for the lower division of Geneurglynn, before T. O. Morgan, Lewis .Pugh, J. Evans, and J. Bonsall, Esqrs. P.C. W. S. Skinner summoned Edward Evans and John Hughes, Llanbadarnfawr, for being drunk and disorderly on the night of the 23rd inst. The defendants did not appear and a warrant was issued, and P.C. Skinner proceeded and apprehended the offenders, and brought them up before the bench. P.C. Skinner was then sworn and said, on Monday last the 23rd, I was on duty in the village of Llanbadarn 11.50 p.m. I heard a noise in the Kings Arms I proceeded there, & before I came to the door at about twenty yards, Mrs. Roberts, the landlady, came to the door and cried out. I then went in and saw Edward Evans and John Hughes who were drunk, and demanded mofre ale. Mrs. Roberts said she wished them out of the house, and I ordered them out; they went out and made a noise in the street. Fined 5s. cash and 16s. costs. Paid.
