LOT 1. All that well situated full licensed INN, known as the "King's Head," in the occupation of Mrs. Eliza Jones. The house is situate at the corner of Baker-street and North Parade, with a frontage to the former of about 39 feet, and of about 34 feet to the latter, and contains bar, or vaults, parlour, 2 kitchens, cellar, and 4 bedrooms. There is a good yard and w.c. at the back.
