Licensing.- Sarah Thomas, Prince of Wales, New Quay, was charged by D.C.C. Williams with having sold a bottle of beer unsealed to a child under the age of fourteen. Defendant admitted the offence and said she was ignorant of the law. Sergeant James New Quay, stated that he met a boy about ten years of age coming from the house with a pint bottle, unsealed. He took the boy back to the public house, and defendant admitted that she sold the beer.-Samuel Jones, Mason-street, New Quay, was also charged of having sent the child to fetch the beer. Defendant admitted the offence.Both defendants were ordered to pay the costs.
