Drunk and Refusing to Quit.-Henry Webb, hawker, lately dwelling in a van on Blaenllan Farm, Llangunllo, was charged by Supt. Williams with being drunk at the Penrhiwpal Inn on the 13th April, and refusing to quit the premises. It appeared from the evidence of Mrs Evans, the landlady, that defendant entered the house in company with two men, and they were supplied with drinks. Upon being refused further drinks and requested to leave the house, defendant got very violent, and smashed a beer jug and glasses. Maria Davies, who was present at the time, gave corroborative evidence, and defendant, who did not appear, was fined 5s and costs
