Husband and Wife.-Maud Jones, Plas, Aberporth. applied for a separation order from her husband, David Jones, Ship Inn, Aberporth, on the ground of persistent cruelty.Mr Stokes appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Ivor Evans for defendant. Plaintiff had completed her evidence and Mr Stokes called his first witness forward when Mr Ivor Evans informed the Bench that, his client was agreeable to a separation order being made if he was allowed to have his property from the house, which belonged to plaintiff, he was also agreeable to hand over the license to be transferred to any person, as long as that person was not of the Plas family nor connected with that family. Plaintiff agreeing to this the separation order was granted. The license of the Ship Inn was afterwards transferred to Mr Peregrine, formerly tenant of Gogerddan Arms.
