Drunk and Disorderly.-Catherine Lewis, Farmer's Arms, North-road, Cardigan, inn- keeper's wife, was charged by P.C. John Jones, with being drunk and disorderly on the highway at Pendre on April 16th. Defendant pleaded guilty, and in fining her f5s. and costs, the Mayor said the Bench felt very sorry to find her in the position she was that morning. It was to he hoped it would be a lesson and that she would amend her ways and not appear before them again.- Defendant: I am sure I will not do that.
