Description: Transcript:Illegal Cardiganshire Fishing.At Lower Troedyraur Petty Sessions, David Thomas, Tivy Inn, St. Dogmells, was charged with using a fixed engine, to wit an anchor, for catching salmon on July 29th. Head Bailiff Angus of the Teify Board of Conservators, prosecuted. Defendant was fined £ 3 4s 6d, including costs. Summonses had also been issued against four members of the crew of the boat which he used for aiding and abetting, but they were withdrawn.
