A Bibulous Cow.-An amusing incident happened at the fair on Tuesday, which might have had awkward consequences. A cow coolly walked into the Monachty Arms, but was driven out without doing any damage. The cow was observed to curiously watch the doorway of the licensed premises to peep in and to follow this action with a quick march as if she had recognised the voice of her owner refreshing himself within. She may have been thirsty, which was natural enough, for it. was a warm day, any- how, she did not seek the entry to the house without some good reason, only known to herself. There can be no doubt but that she was a very intelligent cow. If this fact were only known, she might have acquired additional value, for some folks have a great partiality to the "Red cows milk." Llaeth y Fuwch goch!
