COUNTY OF CARDIGAN. PONTERWYD. MR R. K. JENKINS has received instructions from Dr T. D. Harries to Sell by Public Auction, at the Talbot Hotel, Aberystwyth. On MONDA Y, SEPTEMBER 24th, 1900, at three o'clock in the afternoon, all that Leasehold Messuage or Tenement and Lands, commonly called and known as "THE OLD NEW INN," Ponterwyd, in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, in the county of Cardigan. The house stands on its own ground and contains eight good Rooms, and the Premises include three- stall Stable and Coach-house and one-and-a-half acres of Land or thereabouts, together with a Garden, and held under unexpired lease for a term of thirty-one years.
