LLANDDEWI-BREFI. Important Sale of an old established INN with a general SHOP attached, DWELLING HOUSE, FACTORY: BUILDING SITE, and LAND. MESSRS. WILLIAMS & EVANS have been instructed to Sell by Public Auction, at the VOELALLT ARMS INN, LLANDDEWI-BREFI, on Thursday, June 30th, 1892. at One o'clock (subject to such Condititions as shall be then and there produced), the following FREEHOLD PROPERTIES, situate in the Village of LLANDDEWI-BREFI, in the following or such other Lots as shall be determined upon on the day of Sale, viz.: LOT 1. The old established Inn called the VOELALLT ARMS with the Shop attached, including the Stable, Coach-house, Cow-house, Cart-house, Pigstye and Garden, now in the occupation of Mr William Jenkins. LOT 2. The well-built Dwelling House and Garden called TYMAWR, situate opposite Lot 1, now occupied by Mr John Francis.
