Description:

Transcript:
Thomas Lloyd, of the Emlyn Arms, Inn, Pendre, in this town, was charged by P.S. Evan Davies, with being drunk and disorderly on the 2Sth December at his father's house (the Emlyn Arms). Defendant did not put in an appearance. P.S. Davies deposed that defendant's father called at the Police Station for him to attend and eject defendant from his house, as both him and his wife were in bodily fear of him. Defendant was in a very wild state towards his father and mother, and at their request he removed him, He then coaxed him down to his sisters house In the Mwldan, where he slept some time. The Bench remarked that the case was a very bad one, and that a second charge could have been brought against him for being drunk on licensed premises, they however did not wish to be too hard, and fined him 10s. and costs.
