OLD LANDMARKS. Pendre, Cardigan, will be so transformed shortly that absent Cardiganites, when they return to their haunts, will not recognise the place. With the Methodist Chapel front elevated and renewed, the new and large place of business at the corner of William-street, the Hope and Anchor rebuilt and front elevated, and after September next the Emlyn Arms taken down, rebuilt, and converted to a temperance hotel, the four places being opposite one another, their aspect will be thoroughly changed, and the place much improved.
