Description:

Transcript:
Evan M. Jones, licensed victualler. Gross Inn, Llanbadarn Trefeglwys, charged William Nesbitt with wilfully breaking a window at Cross Inn Public House on the 3rd April. Complainant said that defendant came there about noon on the previous day, had drink, and quarrelled with his sister. Being ordered out of the house, he became quite furious and flung a stone through the window. P.C. Lewis, Llannon. said defendant was the one who also smashed the door at Llanon Police Station on September 25th, 1913. He had an uncontrollable temper. Defendant said he had worked since his last conviction at Penclog, Llanrhystyd. He was sorry. He had meant to do better but there it was. The Bench said it had no other course than to send him for another term of one month to Carmarthen. He had been three times previously convicted at that Court for offences within twelve months. He was a danger to people, especially in sequestered villages. He had better keep away from the district.
