CARDIGAN.—SHIP LAUNCH.—On the 20th instant, a new brig, the Ann and Elizabeth, the property of Mr. Samuel Jones Evans and others, was launched from Netpool. The vessel was completed by Mr. David Jones, ship-builder, Cardigan, and adjudged to be of splendid form and structure. A dinner in celebration of the launch was given to the ship carpenters and others, at the Angel Hotel, in the afternoon, and a supper concluded the festivities.
