REES & EVANS will offer for Sale by Auction, at the LION ROYAL HOTEL, ABERYSTWYTH On WEDNESDAY, 23rd JULY, 1919, at three o'clock in the afternoon (subject to Conditions), the old-established Family and Commercial Temperance Hotel known as The Waverley Hotel," most conveniently situated at the corner of Mill-Street and Smithfield-road, held under a lease from the Nanteos Estate, having an unexpired term of 39 years at the annual ground rent of £1 15s. 0d.
