Description: Court case for alleged theft with some interesting details, including
"On Friday Mrs. Rees paid him 6d. and he "coped" Mr. Rees and got 2s. 6d. from him. He gave prosecutor a drink and put down 3d. for a livelier for him in the morn- ing. On Saturday he got 16s. 6d. for work at Pantygwyfol Farm. Being a bit free with his money when he had it he changed half a sovereign at the Station and bought a ticket for prosecutor as well as for himself and gave him the price of three razors. He went to the Terminus and paid the landlord 3s. on account of what he owed him and handed the change. 7d., over to the prosecutor"
