Summary: Name of house sold in 1918 as part of the sale of the Mabws estate. Described in sale report as "The freehold reversion of Royal Oak, or Anghorfa, in the occupation Mr Jenkins, sold to the tenant at £110. Freehold of two houses and gardens, known as Royal Oak, was sold at £185 to Mr. David (?)ams, Glanyrafon, Llanrhystyd." CN 27 Sept 1918.
