Summary: Blaenpennal (Blaenpenal) is a chapelry of Llanddewi-Brefi, which also has a New Inn. This seems to be different.
1861 Census it's near Ffoslas, Mine and Penbryn
1871 Census places it between Gwar-gors and Ffos-las. 1889 map there is nothing there. Ffoslas appears to be two buildings. Could it have been one of these?
1901 Census has it the other side of Ffoslas, between it and Penbryn.
Possibly a former pub by 1870s?
Might also be referred to as New Inn Bronant as it's fairly close.
