The Licensee was Evan Davies; the owner was Buckley Brewery. The bundle also contains a petitions supporting re-licensing the Blue Bell Inn, signed by many people. It stated that the Blue Bell inn has a store room for farmers with conveniences for weighing and a yard and stables, which makes it particularly adapted and valuable for Farmers, Dealers and others entering Llandysul for business.
