Clearly named on the map (actually in Llanarth parish) but Schedule seems to describe it as Cottage and Garden.

1853
"NEW QUAY. A melancholy occurrence took place at New Quay, on Tuesday night last. Mrs. Patrick, wife of the landlord of the Salutation Inn, in that place, retired to her room for the night, and is supposed to have attempted to get out of the window, either in sleep, or from some other cause, as she was found next morning suffocated in a small pool of water. Deceased was about 35 years of age, and the mother of seven children. " Welshman 4 Nov 1853 (Some confusion here? The Patricks were running the Black Lion in New Quay at the time)
