Transcript:
The evidence of P.C. Thomas was to the
effect that he met D. Davies, butcher, driving
along the road very drunk, and he ascertained
that he had been served at the Commercial
Inn.
The defendant denied that Davies had been
served there, but Davies was called and
admitted that he had drink at the house.
The Bench fined the defendant £3 and costs.
