GRIFFITHS has been instructed by the Representatives of the late Mrs Mary Beyston to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION at the Cross Foxes Inn, Mill Street, Aberystwyth, ON TUESDAY, JULY 16TH, 1895. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon (subject to conditions of Sale to be then read or produced) ALL THAT DESIRABLE LEASEHOLD FULL-LICENSED PUBLIC HOUSE CALLED THE CROSS FOXES INN. Situate in Mill Street, Aberystwyth, and held for the residue of a term of 30 years from the 12th November, 1886, at the yearly rent of £15. Together with the Licence and Goodwill of the business.
