The licences of the Crown Inn, the Castle Arms, and the Newport Arms were objected to as they were asked for by the occupants only, but, no drink was served.- A. considerable discussion took place, but the licences were eventually granted. The actual owners are the Old Swansea Brewery Company. The other licences were granted without objection.
