Summary: On 1901 Census there is a New Inn, then a couple of cottages, then three dwellings called Tafarn newydd. An earlier pub?

The building now occ. by New Inn is not shown as a PH on 1889 OS, but there is another pub in the cluster by the Voelallt Arms. In 1905 there is a PH on the present site.
