HENFENYW, CARDIGANSHIRE. MR JOHN EVANS has received instructions from the MORTGAGEE to Sell by Public Auction, on the premises, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28TH, 1882, at three o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced, all that Leasehold Messuage or Public House, called the RED LION INN, Situated in the Village of Ffosyffin, in the Parish of Henfenyw, near Abevayron, in the County of Cardigan. Together with a large Garden and Outbuildings belonging thereto, now in the occupation of Mrs Anne Evans. The premises are held under a Lease for 60 years, from the 29th day of September, 1859, at a yearly ground rent of £1 5s.
