ABERAYRON, CARDIGANSHIRE. IMPORTANT SALE OF LEASEHOLD PROPERTY. IN LIQUIDATION. MR. GRIFFITH GRIFFITHS has been instructed to Sell by Public Auction at the Monachty Arms Inn, Aberayron, On Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1882, At Three o'clock in the afternoon (subject to such conditions as shall be then and there produced), the following desirable Leasehold Messuages and Premises
Lot 1. All that Leasehold Public House, Out-buildings; and Premises known as the Victoria Inn, Aberayron, in the County of Cardigan, together with the two Cottages attached, held under a Lease for 60 years, of which 37 or thereabouts are unexpired. Subject to the low annual ground rent of £1 12s. 6d.
Lot 2. All those 3 Messuages or Dwelling Houses, Stable and Premises, situate in Albert-street, Aberayron, aforesaid, held under a lease for 60 years, of which 12 or thereabouts are unexpired, subject to the yearly ground rent of 10s.
Immediately after the Sale of the above Property, the debtor's Leasehold Interest in the Farm and Lands of Cil-Ilwch. Dyhewyd, in the County of Cardigan, will be offered for Sale.
